1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the CartoFight game. By creating an account or playing as a guest, you accept them.

2. Access to the service

The service is free. An account (Google or Discord) unlocks every mode and keeps your progression; playing as a guest lets you play without an account, storing nothing. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability.

3. Rules of conduct

• Play fair: cheating, automation (bots/scripts) and exploiting flaws are prohibited.
• Choose an appropriate display name and content: no hateful, abusive or infringing content.
• Do not disrupt the service or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.

4. Sanctions

In case of breach, the publisher may restrict, suspend or delete the account concerned, and erase records obtained unfairly.

5. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which terminates the agreement and erases your data.

7. Changes

These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
